In addition to his role as Executive Director of the Bounty Hunter University, Chuck Jordan serves as the President of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents, where he oversees the association’s international division, the International Bounty Hunter Union.

Chuck Jordan's professional career encompasses both public and private sectors. In the United States, his journey began as a corrections officer at the Erie County (Pennsylvania) Prison, followed by his position as a Pennsylvania State Constable in the 30th Judicial District. He later worked as a contract bail bond fugitive recovery agent for Surety Administrators, a subsidiary of Harco Insurance Services, Inc.

After relocating to New Zealand, Mr. Jordan held several positions within the New Zealand government, serving as an agent with the Inland Revenue Department, working in operations at Te Puna Wai o Tuhinapo—a secure youth justice facility—and later as an investigator with the Ministry of Social Development – National Office.

Upon his return to the United States, he founded Actionable Intelligence Group LLC, a private intelligence agency where he continues to serve as Chief Executive. As a successful entrepreneur, Chuck Jordan has owned and invested in various businesses across multiple industries.

Under his leadership, the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents has notably expanded its public profile, increased its membership base, and evolved into an international trade organization. In this influential role, Mr. Jordan serves as a vital liaison to the media, policymakers, the U.S. State Department’s Rewards for Justice Program, United Nations agencies, and foreign governments.

As a recognized subject-matter expert, Chuck Jordan has appeared as a commentator on prominent media outlets, including NewsNation – Banfield, Fox News’ The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson, and BBC Newsday. He has also served as an instructor in areas such as fugitive investigations, interview and interrogation, defensive tactics, and the mechanics of arrest.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Jordan's dedication to public service is evident through his volunteer work as a life-skills teacher and support staff for runaway and homeless youth. He also previously served as a firefighter with the New Zealand Fire Service – Rolleston Brigade.
